Kindly be reminded that to be considered for admission, the appellant:

1. should not have enrolled in any college/university during First Semester 2024-2025;
2. should be in possession of the original copy of the Form 138;
3. should make the UPG cut-off of 2.800 or better; and
4. satisfies the requirements set by the college for a degree program
