New First Years Admission 2022-2023

FAQs

Admission to the University is by qualifying through the UP College Admission Test (UPCAT).

For SY 2022-2023, administration of the physical testing for UPCAT was suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic and applications were processed through the UP College Admissions online application.

The Admissions Scoring Model developed by the UP Office of Admissions’ data scientists and refined by a working group of experts designated by their respective CUs was used with some fine-tuning in the preprocessing and transmutation of grades that enter the model.*
