SPAS will be reopened from February 17 to 24, 2025, for those who were unable to meet the February 5, 2025, deadline for applications for the privilege to study at reduced fees.

Late applicants must address a letter to the relevant Vice Chancellor, requesting permission to apply for the privilege to study at reduced fees after the deadline. The letter must explain the reason for the late application.

Upon receiving the necessary approval, applicants may access the SPAS portal to proceed with their applications and upload a scanned copy of the approved request as an Other Attachment in the View Attachments module, along with all other required documents.Processing of late applications will not proceed via SPAS unless the scanned approved request is uploaded.

Applicants can track the status of their Reduced Fee application through the SPAS portal.
