Graduates of baccalaureate programs (with BS degree) can apply to the non-degree program of the University to earn additional units in undergraduate courses.
A non-degree student does not follow any organized program of study and thus, is not a prospective candidate for graduation for any degree in the University.
S/He shall not be allowed to enroll for more than one semester, except by special permission of the Dean of the college concerned and the University Registrar.
A maximum number of 18 units can be enrolled. Enrollment in a course however, will depend on faculty prerogative and availability of slots/courses.
The application requirements are as follows:
- Fully accomplished UPLB Form No. 3 ( Undergraduate Application Form )
- Original copy of Official Transcript of Records
- Photocopy of Diploma
- Application fee: Php100 .00 for Filipinos
- Additional requirements for non-Filipino applicants:
- For an applicant whose native language or whose medium of instruction in the" secondary school is not English, official result of examination with minimum score as follows:
TOEFL : 500 for paper-based ; 173 for computer-based ; 61 for internet-based
IELTS : 5.5 Overall Band Score
- Application fee :US$20.00 for non-Filipinos

Access the Undergraduate Application for Admission Google Form only when electronic copies of the application requirements are complete for uploading. The link to the Google Form for submission of applications will be open only until 15 December 2023 to meet the deadline for submission of hard copies of the documents to the OUR by 20 December 2023.
Submission of hard copies of the application documents without filing an online application will not be considered.
