Transfer Applicants from UP units (T1)
Transfer applicants from other UP units should have earned a minimum of 30 academic units and with good academic standing in the last semester enrolled.
T1 applications are submitted to and processed by the unit/college which offers the undergraduate degree program. Applications must be submitted directly to the Office of the College Secretary of the college concerned on or before the deadline set by the units.
Transfer Applicants from other Universities (T2)
Transfer applicants from non-UP units should have earned a minimum of 33 academic units and general weighted average of 2.00 or better.
Due to limited facilities, degree programs closed to transfer applicants from non-UP units are as follows:
- BS Accountancy (not yet offered to all transfer applicants)
- BS Computer Science
- BS Civil Engineering
- BS Chemical Engineering
- BS Electrical Engineering
- BS Industrial Engineering
- BS Materials Engineering
- BS Mechanical Engineering
- BS Biology (temporary suspension of transfer applications)
- BA Communication Arts(temporary suspension of transfer applications)
Transfer Application Requirements :
- Accomplished UPLB Form No. 3 ( Download Undergraduate Application Form )
- UPLB Form Admission Application Part 2 ( Download UPLB Form Admission Application Part 2)
- True Copy of Grades with grades for all collegiate subjects enrolled signed by authorized school official (if e-signature is used, the document should bear dry seal of the school)
- Affidavit of non-enrollment if there is a gap in enrollment in college attendance
- Accomplished Grade Sheet Template in Excel format ( Download Grade Sheet )

Additional requirements for non-Filipino applicants:
For an applicant whose native language or whose medium of instruction in the secondary school is not English, official result of examination with minimum score as follows:
TOEFL : 500 for paper-based ; 173 for computer-based ; 61 for internet-based
IELTS : 5.5 Overall Band Score
- Application fee : US$20.00 for non-Filipinos

The link to the Google Form for submission of applications will be open starting 17 June 2024 until 5 July 2024 to meet the deadline for submission of hard copies of the documents to the OUR by 12 July 2024.
Access the Undergraduate Application for Admission Google Form only when electronic copies of the application requirements are complete for uploading.
Submission of hard copies of the application documents without filing an online application will not be considered.
