For a Second Baccalaureate / Second Degree
A holder of a UP bachelor’s degree may earn another bachelor’s degree upon the successful completion of at least 36 additional units prescribed by a discipline, after the previous degree.
Graduates of other schools must have a General Weighted Average of 2.00 or better to be considered for admission to pursue a second degree in the University.
Application Requirements :
- Official Transcript of Records – original copy and photocopy
- Accomplished UPLB Form No. 3 ( Undergraduate Admission Application ) and CVM Application Form for applicants to the DVM program
- UPLB Form Admission Application Part 2 ( Download UPLB Form Admission Application Part 2)
- 2 Letters of Recommendation addressed to the Dean of the College from former or current professors; if employed, one of the letters may come from the employer.
- Photocopy of Undergraduate Diploma
- Accomplished Grade Sheet Template in Excel format (encoded entries)

For an applicant whose native language or whose medium of instruction in the secondary school is not English, official result of examination with minimum score as follows:
TOEFL : 500 for paper-based ; 173 for computer-based ; 61 for internet-based
IELTS : 5.5 Overall Band Score

The link to the Google Form for submission of applications will be open starting 17 June 2024 until 5 July 2024 to meet the deadline for submission of hard copies of the documents to the OUR by 12 July 2024.
Access the Undergraduate Application for Admission Google Form only when e-copies of the application requirements are complete for uploading.
Submission of hard copies of the application documents without filing an online application will not be considered.
