Preregistration Student Enrollment Appointments
- 23 January 2024 (Tuesday) 8am – 10pm: Graduate Students, Varsity, Batch 2020 and earlier
- 24 January 2024 (Wednesday) 10am – 10pm: Graduate Students, Batch 2021 and earlier
- 25 January 2024 (Thursday) 10am – 10pm: Graduate Students, Batch 2022 and earlier
- 26 January 2024 (Friday) 10am – 10pm: Graduate Students, Batch 2023 and earlier
General Registration Student Enrollment Appointments
- 31 January 2024 (Wednesday) 8am – 10pm: Graduate Students, Batch 2020 and earlier
- 1 February 2024 (Thursday) 8am – 6pm: Graduate Students, Batch 2021 and Batch 2022 and earlier
- 1 February 2024 (Thursday) 6pm to 2 February (Friday) 10pm: Open to all students Note: AMIS daily maintenance – 12nn to 1pm, AMIS may not be accessible during this time
Change of Matriculation / Teacher’s Prerogative Enrollment Period Student Enrollment Appointments for those who did not finalize
- 5-14 February 2024 (excluding Feb. 9, Chinese New Year), 8am – 10pm: Open for all students who did not finalize. Finalization is optional and only used when there are absolutely no further changes to be made in the enrollment.
