Vision

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) as a fully responsive service unit of the University, fully equipped with modern technologies as provider of information, and interactive in its network with other units; and with services that reflect efficiency, responsibility and accountability.

Mission

  1. Improve access to information regarding the University’s academic programs and related matters;
  2. Improve the processing and management of student academic records; and
  3. Improve delivery of services to clientele.

Services

The Office of the University Registrar (OUR) is a service unit of the University.

The OUR attends to the needs of the students, faculty, personnel, parents, alumni and the general public. Further, the OUR serves the students before, during and after their stay in the University–from the time of application, to admission, to every registration period, to graduation or withdrawal from the University and after they leave the University.

In general, the OUR screens undergraduate applications for admission, issues official transcripts of records, maintains records of students, and in coordination with each college administration and other University offices, registers qualified students and attends to preparations relative to graduation.  

The OUR maintains the academic records of students enrolled in the University and evaluates the records of candidates for graduation and for honors. It issues different certifications and processes honorable dismissal, student clearance, and prepares and issues transcripts of records, certifications, and the diploma.

Further, the OUR renders secretariat services for the University Council and its committees as well as takes charge of the production of the Academic Catalogue and the Commencement Program.
